This is a great solution to the ultra weak aluminum radiators on today's dirt bikes. What we do is weld in a beautiful Pryme laser cut aluminum brace in all 4 corners on the backside of your radiators.
These braces strengthen the radiators enough to hold shape in a light crash, but not so much that in a big crash the radiators completely tear in half!!
We also offer bead blasting! This cleans up the radiators to make them look new again! Check the photos to see the amazing difference!!
Braces are .100" laser cut aluminum, 100% made in the USA!!
How it works:
You buy this service, this covers the braces, welding and return shipping back to you. You are responsible for shipping to me. Once the welding is done I will send the radiators back! Lead times can vary, expect 5-7 days (once I receive your radiators)
This service is just for welding the braces, I do not straighten radiators.
