Build Breakdown

Completely restored and custom built 1971 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser . This FJ40 has been taken down to the frame, and meticulously built from the ground up. Every nut and bolt has been replaced, every part stripped and painted or powder coated. 
This is truly a one of a kind build. Everywhere you look there are custom one off parts, from the suspension system to the interior! 
This build was started in March 2023 and completed in December 2024.

Engine

  • Rebuilt 5.3L LS engine (new pistons, lifters, push rods, bearings, seals, gaskets, Texas Speed cam, rebuilt heads, reconditioned crank & rods)

  • Rear Ford F350 Sterling 10.5” axle, 5.38 gears, Grizzly locker, Motobilt diff cover, fully trussed & rebuilt
  • Custom front 3-link suspension w/ 16” Radflo remote reservoir coilovers, Summit Machine 7075 aluminum links, Summit Machine billet rod ends, hydraulic bump stops & limit straps
  • Custom rear 4-link suspension w/ 16” Radflo remote reservoir coilovers, Summit Machine 7075 aluminum links, Summit Machine billet rod ends, TK1 Racing sway bar, hydraulic bump stops & limit straps
  • PSC high-volume steering pump, remote reservoir & hydro assist ram
  • Summit Machine 7075 aluminum drag link & tie rod, custom high-steer arms, custom double-shear pitman arm
