Handling Time All orders will ship within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Tracking Information Tracking information will be uploaded to the order when package is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking page to show the most recent package location.
International Buyers The buyer is responsible for any import duty or taxes. International packages may be held up in customs for a period of days or weeks.
We are not to be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these scenarios. It is the customer's responsibility to file all shipping claims.
