I bought the dxf file and cut out on my cnc. File was perfect, all parts fit together and were the proper size. I dont think i needed to modify a single piece for fit. I added a few things in my cad program but only for personal preference. Built the entire bumper on my table without the vehicle. Bolted on and fit perfectly. Give credit where its due, this is an excellent file
I love it looks so good if you can I recommend using c channel for the base plate so it doesn’t flex at all. Overall I love the design
Great looking bumper well designed, paper templates were spot on! Quite a bit of planning went into getting the info needed before and during assembly. I built mine out of all 1/4” plate and welded with 1/16” wire, it was a little heavier but solid. This Took about 8 hours from unboxing temples to finished product as an experienced welder/fabricator. Definitely a recommended purchase I will be getting the rear template in the quick near future
Very happy with the overall product I received and can’t wait to put it together and get the rear done as well
I believe the winch mounting area needs to beefed up from 3/16" to 1/4" to be able to support the stress from a 12000# winch. Everything else looks good. To hot here to do any work outsise, cooler weather in futer and will start.
