I installed the hood lift struts and the lift gate struts on my 77 FJ40. They are easy to install and work amazing. Definitely two of the best upgrades I have installed on my 40.

Great product! Works perfectly and looks great. I had serious issues with my OE lift gate struts. They sagged and would never lift high enough and stay open. Well AVR Customs fixed that problem. I will be ordering the hood struts before next summer. Thanks.
